Welcome to our new site fastcruising.yachts, launched Today. We are Piet and Ester and this is our first post.

These web pages, as well as our new JPK 39 FC, a beautiful fastcruising yacht, are under construction. The launch of our yacht will be in May or June. It has been a long journey to come this far, but time is ‘planing’ now.

We intend to go sailing a lot this year with our new JPK 39 FC. First from Larmog Plage France to the Willemshaven in Den Helder. And than, within our partnership fastcruising.yachts we are welcoming guest for day-tours, weekends or longer from Den Helder. Our schedule for 2024 is not finalised yet.

Currently Ester is working at Antea Group as a senior maintenance and tendering consultant for municipalities. She takes care of the outdoor living environment. I am working at Halton as accountmanager service and maintenance. I take care of indoor living environment. We commission and maintain HVAC installations, and in particular for professional kitchens.

Our plans

Yes, sailing is what we like to do most. Next Year we intend to hold our jobs and leave. When everything goes as expected, we intend to circumnavigate for three years, starting April 2025.
