The book ‘World Cruising Routes’, first published in 1987 and written by Jimmy Cornell has stood in our bookshelf for many years. It was the first book in the selection for our (tiny) boat book shelf.
World Cruising Routes is the manual for sailors/ circumnavigators to create their base plan. It takes in consideration the storm- and hurricane seasons. However, there has been a significant change in weather plans the past decade. For this reason, real time weather reports and -synopsis will be downloaded from satellite Internet to update our schedule.
